Spiritual Growth
This commission seeks the growth of the parish as a worshipping
community. It is concerned with all parish liturgies,
including weekend Eucharist, penance services, evening prayer,
RCIA, etc., and with other forms of spiritual growth such as
renewal programs and other prayer services.
Altar
Servers
Students in grades 5 through 8 are invited to become Altar
Servers. Servers are trained annually to assist at Sunday
Mass and various liturgical celebrations. Interested
students are invited to join by obtaining forms from the school
or parish office.
Baptism
Assistants
These volunteers assist during the Rite of Baptism.
Stewardship
This
committee actively seeks to educate the parishioners and
implement the practices of the biblical directive to show
gratitude for God’s goodness to us by placing place God first
when distributing time, talent and treasure.
Service and
Justice
This
commission seeks the growth of the parish as servants to the
human needs of the people of the Warren area. It is concerned
both with immediate needs such as food, clothing, and shelter,
and with systemic issues such as economic justice, world peace,
and discrimination against minorities. Click

Education and Formation

Fellowship
This
commission seeks the growth of the parish as a friendly and
hospitable community. It is concerned with the social dimension
of the parish including dances, parties, sports programs, and
non-liturgical celebrations.
Family Life
This
commission promotes holy, wholesome, Christian family life in
the parish and the community at large and seeks to strengthen
the families of Blessed Sacrament by assisting those in need and
nurturing the faith of all. This commission realizes that
families are as diverse as the numbers of parishioners.

Evangelization
Commission
This commission seeks the growth
of the parish as corporate witness to Jesus and the presence of
His Spirit. They are concerned with the proclamation of the
Word of God in the larger community by establishing good
relationships with other religious communities in our area, by
publicity, by inviting and welcoming the un-churched, and by
encouraging all parish organizations to share faith with one

Administration
This
commission seeks to serve the other commissions and the entire
parish by seeing to physical and operational needs. They are
responsible for overseeing the finances of the parish and the
maintenance of its buildings and grounds. Click
